About RSVP’ing to events!!

As you all know, there are numerous events hosted by AA throughout the semester, and as the web development directors, we send out many e-mails each week, some of which require an RSVP.

Any event that requires an RSVP will explicitly state to RSVP to a particular e-mail.

We forward these e-mails to the appropriate directors when we can, but that is very time consuming (and a little redundant). We do not want you to miss out on events just because you sent it to the wrong person (we are not robots that perpetually check our inbox to see if you have just replied to the e-mail we send out).

 

Please don’t think we are lecturing anyone. We just want to be clear about the RSVP process, that if unheeded, will ultimately result in you missing an event.
